Established in late 2014 at “The Hamlet”, in Braddon, as 10” Custom Pizzeria, then opening a second store in the same location, aptly named “Pasta’d”, the 2 stores merged at Bailey’s corner in the city, under the new name “SoLita”

Translated “Stand Alone” & also derived from South of Little Italy, our philosophy was to provide traditional, home style Italian cuisine, and lots of it, at a reasonable price.

Emphasising welcoming & friendly service, and a focus on super quick food delivery (Our pizza has a 2-3 minute bake time, with a “Forno Bravo” wood fuelled oven pumping out heat at 400 degrees Celsius), we ensure you are not kept waiting once your order has been received by our team of chefs.
